• Developed projects from conceptual ideas through to owner occupancy, prepared cost estimates and awarding of subcontracts, directed design/engineering professionals to produce construction documents, collaborated with zoning and building code representatives to gain construction permits, coordinated subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedule and delivery, provided complete turnkey projects inclusive of all aspects of construction.
