Project was handed over to me with one building having concrete done and over-exing the other three. My job was to finish-from dirt to finish product.
Work with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, all sub contractors, OSHA, city officials, etc on a daily basis - to insure that all work on site is being done correctly, on time, and by code.
Schedule all subs, deliveries, inspections, walk - through, etc
Hold daily meetings with subs to discuss work to be done that day, week, month - to iron out all problems between subs, designs, and codes.
Meet with inspectors on all aspects of the job - to ensure all work is done correctly and signed off.
Walk with owners on final punch-list and sign off.
