QUALIFICATIONS:
Mr. Britt is an experienced Project Manager and Mechanical Estimator offering proven expertise in multi-discipline estimating and project management for the installation of industrial process mechanical equipment, and process piping systems. Mr. Britt has an established track record of completing projects within the projected schedule and budget. Project Management experience includes supervising mechanical projects valued at more than forty million dollars, as well as successfully estimating and managing multiple projects valued between thirty thousand and two million dollars. Industry experience includes Textile Plants, Chemical Plants, Paint Manufacturers, Groundwater Remediation, Nuclear power Generation and PET plastic bottle manufacturers. Proven written and oral communication skills with clients, subcontractors, peers and subordinates. Estimating experience includes preparation and presentation of Process and HVAC piping estimates as well as complete chiller system, cooling tower systems, package boilers, air compressors systems and industrial manufacturing process mechanical equipment installations estimates. Duties also included project scheduling, documenting, estimating, presenting and negotiating requests for contract change orders, approving project expenditures, soliciting subcontractor quotes, awarding subcontracts, providing overall administrative, safety and technical direction and site management. Proficient in multiple software programs, that includes word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling and various estimating software.
