Organized and rebuilt entire Construction Services Department for the Pacific Region to include developing and opening 3 offices. (Irvine, San Francisco, and Phoenix). Responsible for recruiting and hiring 28 new employees in conjunction with rebuilding Region. Projects included 18 apartment and mixed use projects in various stages of construction from ground up to total redevelopment of communities and retail components. Total construction and development costs were valued at approximately $550-600M.
