Objective :	Dear Hiring Manager, I am presently seeking a new career opportunity. I am not opposed to travel or working on job sites. My experience and abilities to work with the A/E firm and client to create or make a project budget realistic to fit the clients needs and scope have been one of my strengths through out my career. I have help to take unrealistic budgets and work with a team to help a project move forward from a design concept to building project. My abilities have enabled me during my career to create realistic and manageable quantitative cost budget with little detail information on drawings or specifications. I believe that tracking and performing cost studies or variances to these initial developed quantitative cost budgets have allowed the clients to make informed decisions to control the cost budgets prior to finalization of the design packages and specifications.
