FF&E Project Purchasing for Assisted Living. New Construction projects (3 projects) and existing facility CapEx (9 facilities)and Corporate Office Expansion. Develop programs for monthly CapEx purchases and ongoing Refreshment/ Renovation Projects. Identify FF&E project needs; prepare specification sheets and preliminary costs. Develop project budgets. Develop FF&E Project Schedules: monitor progress. Prepare schemes- product selections for owner review. Compile spreadsheets, reports, presentations, specification books. Create Color Boards, Drapery Bid packages. Monitor design changes and product selections to access cost impacts. Prepare economic feasibility studies on changes.
