The core responsibilities of this position are as follows:

Facilitate the Administration of all Contract negotiations and execution of maintenance contracts including, landscaping, janitorial, lot sweeping, pest control, snow removal, fire extinguishers, parking lot pave-overs and striping.

Other responsibilities include: Common Area Management ( C.A.M.) where Target or Mervyns are the Developers of the sight. This position facilitates the same responsibilities for all commercial property on sight. This also includes the administrations of above mention contracts for all CAM customers. Inspections-Annual and semiannual inspections are performed on all locations with a minimum of two visits performed for structural and aesthetic needs, also including HVAC, compactors, bailers, crown stackers, forklifts, wave lifts, and all other manner of machinery. These visits are necessary to establish the budget for the coming year.
