Senior Construction Manager / Off-site Manager  Responsible for a 265 home neighborhood which included 18 million yard grading operation, all infrastructure, street improvements, and 3 separate model home neighborhoods.  Requested by LA Division to assist in the completion of 2 high density Multi-Family buildings including off-sites, state elevator inspections, fire inspections and all items necessary for building TCOs. The buildings consisted of a 111 unit, 6 levels up and 2 down and 134 unit 4 levels up, 1 down. 2003-2006 ETCO Development Corona, Ca. Construction Manager / Area Manager • Managed field operations with direct reporting to upper management • Responsible for the completion of a neighborhood that had been mis-managed. I was brought in to trouble shoot and deliver homes.
