Colorado Springs, Colorado ● Traveling Project Superintendent on Large Resort communities. ● Projects worked on Kent Place, Northstar, Westin Riverfront Spa and Resort. Projects all in the 100-300 million range. ● Responsible for maintaining schedule, up to 400 personnel, man power and equipment forecasts and needs, budgets in the 30-50 million dollar per year for work in place. Reviewing contracts, scoping for contracts, reviewing and following specification docu- ments, working with the local building authority having jurisdiction in permitting and change order documents.
