customer needs. Weld and weld repair inspection using NDT. Wrote NON- Conformance reports if found out of tolerance.
First part inspection for new parts manufactured in the machine shop logging
discrepancies.

Lead in Quality control Technical Quality Department. Responsible for opening
job orders and measuring product to ensure compliance with customers
specifications and blue prints. Experience using calibrated measuring tools
such as O.D. Micrometers, Depth Micrometer, Height Gauges, Venier Calipers,
Tensile Tester, Moisture analyzer, Thread Gauges and Go/No-Go Gauges. Inspect
"work packages" to ensure work orders are properly filed out and authorized.
Also, inspected for correct material, labels, finish by sample testing.
