Seeking permanent employment for the following position Senior Lead Plumbing, Fire Protection Designer, Mechanical Estimator, Plumbing Installer, and Pipe Layer. Willing to relocate, will except contract work provided it lead to a permanent position. I have been working a combination of 30 years in the construction and engineering industry. I have been trying to concentrate on taking the EIT exam and then the PE exam in Mechanical Engineering in the state of Florida were I have been accepted pursuant to section 471.013 (3) Florida Statutes. I have also considered taking the NICET test in fire protection. State of Florida Master Plumbing License inactive status, accepted to take the following exams Engineer in Training, Mechanical Professional Engineer Licenses, Fire Protection Class 2, and Mechanical Contractor State Master licenses. Willingness to learn other type of estimating, have work for General and Underground Utility Contractor’s before as an estimator.

My background includes several years in Consulting Engineering and Design, Cost Estimating and Construction, Project Management of Design /Build for Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial projects. I also have Auto CADD drafting experience with 2004 and 2007 version.
My education combined with substantial managerial experience in engineering and construction, mix design and project management includes excellent organizational, communication/interpersonal skills, some experience with computerized scheduling software, mechanical estimating and cost control.
