Job Description: Seeking a professional with broad supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to direct, supervise and lead in the performance of elevator field operations. The selected candidate will be required to manage mandated inspections of over 3,300 elevators including, elevator modernization, training, and quality assurance of field operations; oversee central maintenance: route control and scheduling, improving efficiencies, safety, technical support, and expenditures for labor, materials, and other assets.

Qualification Requirements:
Candidate must have 10+ years hands-on experience in design, construction, installation, and maintenance of various types of elevators or electro-mechanical equipment. A valid Agency Elevator Director certificate issued by the NYC Department of Buildings is preferred. A licensed engineer with a baccalaureate degree and knowledge of NYC Building Code and ASME Standards, solid technical, analytical, and communication skills is also preferred.
