Job Description:	We are currently conducting a search for a Survey Crew Chief in our Sterling, VA office. Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to: * Preparation of boundary and topographic, roadway, and as-built surveys and construction stakeout. * Work will primarily be in Eastern Pennsylvania, South New Jersey and Delaware. * In charge of 2 person crew. * Responsibility for Quality Control of all work, and maintenance of survey vehicle & equipment. * 35-40% overnight travel may be required. * Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings. Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma. * Valid Driver’s license/ * College coursework and strong math and computer skills preferred. * Self motivated, organized, and a good decision maker. * 5 years experience surveying in field utilizing Total Station with data collectors preferred. * Must be able to lift over 50lbs. * Experience with the following equipment preferred: o Trimble/Geodimeter o Total Station o MP2500 o Husky o Ranger or Recon Data Collector with TDS Software * Reliable transportation is required when company provided vehicles are not available. Employees must maintain a valid driver’s license to use company provided vehicles. * Employees are reimbursed according to applicable IRS regulations when using their personal vehicle on job related assignments.
