Job Description:	Job Duties Include: # Dispatching service work # Estimating jobs in the field # Phone contact with customers and field technicians # Ordering all materials necessary for job completion # Schedule vehicle maintenance # Invoice service work after job completion Qualifications: # Drug Free # Valid driver’s license/preferably CDL # Clean driving record # Position requires a combination of skills including:multi-tasking and working with a computerized dispatching system # Able to layout and estimate new jobs per customer request # Excellent mathematical and analytical skills # Excellent commucation skills; both written, verbal, computer, and knowledge of applicable software # Must be able to effectively communicate with customers/staff and maintain records by documenting time, service, and repairs # Knowledge of National Electrical Codes # Electrical knowledge or formal training in installation techniques # Able to work Monday thru Friday # Able to participate in an on-call rotation (no service work) # Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment (Arial trucks) preferred
Company Description:	Fitzgerald Lighting Maintenance was established in 1975 as an exterior lighting electrical contractor. We have thrived by providing quality lighting maintenance to commercial customers for their parking lot, building and ball field lighting for over 34 years. We have strived to be the premier lighting contractor in the Chicago land and northern Illinois region and have steadily grown through word of mouth. Two years ago we began to aggressively pursue new business and have had tremendous growth.
