Job Description:	The property accountant is responsible for : -Maintaining the general ledger for multiple properties. -Making necessary journal entries. -Resolving accounting issues with property staff. -Generating financial statements. -Completing bank reconciliations. -Perform month end closing. Requirements: -BS Degree in Accounting or Related Field. -2-4 years of G/L and F/S experience. -accrual accounting experience -Strong Excel Processing skills . -Positive attitude & outgoing, pleasant demeanor. -Detail oriented, organized -Excellent software experience; Microsoft Office Suite -required; any property management software a plus.
