Job Description:	Job Description Performs neighborhood maintenance activities under the daily operational supervision of the maintenance supervisor and Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations. Carries out general repairs and preventive maintenance to include basic trade skills such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. Performs other duties as assigned, including mandatory after-hours emergency repairs. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Positive attitude, highly organized and energetic. Must possess a valid driver's license Required Experience Specifically recruiting for an experienced plumber for this position -- general maintenance and other specialty trades will not be considered. Minimum of 3+ years experience in multi-family housing maintenance, construction or trade with proven competency and success in the specialty of plumbing.
