Job Description:	Our Project Managers are key to the success of Sachse Construction projects. Their role is primarily to plan, supervise, coordinate and control the project in order to successfully complete the work on time, within the budget, at a quality level that exceeds our client’s expectations. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Total management of small to large scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction to post construction - Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors, and the Project Team – acting as a public spokesperson interfacing with concerned public and regulatory officials - Detailed Constructibility Reviews - Inspecting work-in-progress to ensure the workmanship conforms to specs and industry standards and the adherence to construction schedules and budgets - Preparing and reporting on job progress, materials used and costs, and adjusting work schedules as indicated by reports - Guiding the Project Team - Training, scheduling, assigning & reviewing project staff Candidates must possess: - 7+ years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction industry along with a Bachelor's Degree - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proven safety record – establishes & mandates preventative measures to ensure a safe work environment - Track record of maintaining high-quality standards for the organization - understanding process issues and makes process improvements happen - Excellent communication skills and team leadership skills - Ability to travel as needed for various projects across the country Please submit work history, project list, references and any other information you feel is necessary for evaluation.
