Job Description:	As a Project Control Specialist your will: · Reviewing all Job contract documents for requirements and flow downs · Implementing and monitoring project schedules · Maintaining project meeting minutes and distribution · Reporting project progress to the Project Manager · Evaluates subcontractor performance against requirements · Assist with commissioning and record keeping of energy control measures · Assemble project closeout documents and warranties · Witness pre and post test measurements Qualifications Basic Qualifications: · BS Degree, Engineering or Construction Management · 1 year experience MS Project and Microsoft office suite Additional Qualifications: · Possess communication skills sufficient to deal with customer and · Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft products. Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project · Must be able to accept assignments which require frequent travel and overnight stays (approximately 80%) · Must be able to drive a vehicle and possess a valid driver's license · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams · Fluency in trade terms and industry standards · Experience in monitoring compliance with Building Code requirements · Live in the South East. (Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama ect...)
