Job Description:	Project Managers are needed for managing multiple large construction and design build projects. Customers are the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, Army and Navy, U.S. Post Office, Escambia County, Walton County, Santa Rosa County, Okaloosa County, the local school districts in the Florida Panhandle and the local colleges. The objectives of these positions are to manage resources effectively and to increase project profitability. Project Managers are responsible for scheduling and should have prior experience analyzing complex CPM schedules using Primavera P3. Responsibilities also include subcontract buyout, conducting design reviews, coordinating with the on-site superintendent and subcontractors. Project Managers also negotiate change orders with owners and subcontractors, process monthly progress payments, conduct weekly project meetings, take the lead in jobsite safety, monitor cost controls, review and process submittals as required, expedite material purchases, perform project close out and monitor the overall profitability of each job. Each project manager is assigned a workload of 3-5 projects (valued between $3 to $15 million each) and are provided with all of the necessary tools to be successful in our organization. Our company continues to grow at a steady pace and is an outstanding place to work. Requirements A Bachelors degree in Construction Management or its equivalent is required. Must have strong computer skills and be able to use Primavera P3, SureTrack, Expedition, Microsoft Word and Excel. Position requires a minimum of 15 years of commercial or government construction experience or its equivalent. Candidate must be self-motivated, well organized and able to communicate effectively. Previous U.S. Army Corps of Engineers experience is desired.
