Job Description:	Job Purpose: Estimate labor and materials required for the installation of concrete reinforcing steel, post-tension cables and welded wire mesh on industrial, commercial and civil projects. Duties: -Project research and selection -Quantity Take-offs -Estimating labor hours and material cost -Drafting Proposals -Bid Tracking and Customer Follow-up -Project Budgets and Controlls -Project Coordination -Project Billing -Change Pricing -Project Close-out
