Job Description:	Position Description: Manage the creation (through the use of developers and vendors) of concept site plans and real estate deal presentations package to include the following: * Responsible for LL/CVS construction start date and construction cost. * Review development and signage packages. Verify information in the packages. Communicate project at regional meeting. * Manage project capital and payment to Regionalized Architects/ Engineers/ Vendors. * Manage the use of regionalized architectural firms within a specific region. Maintain consistency in adhering to timelines, quality, and cost. * Maintain construction component cost list - break out of disciplines, i.e.: electrical, mechanical, brick, etc. This is to be used by Real Estate for building cost negotiations. * Chair the bi-monthly NSRD meeting and update web page. * Provide total supervision to those projects where CVS has full control (self-developments) in order to assure adherence to timelines and budgets. * Manage the use of regionalized vendors within a specific region. Maintain consistency in adhering to timelines, quality, and cost. * Maintain consistent schedule of meetings with developers and vendor team for project review and ensure deliverables are being met.
