Job Description:	Qualifications # Experience in Process, HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping # Able to read drawings and specification, compile an accurate take-off and summary # Strong working knowledge of mechanical system in commercial Plumbing / HVAC field. # Minimum of 5 years estimating / project management experience (Piping / HVAC / Plumbing). # Prior field experience as a Pipe-fitter, plumber or HVAC a plus # Knowledgeable in the use of QuickPen (or other computerized estimating program), as well as proficiency in Windows/PC-based software # Proven success and profitability in project management / estimating experience of 5,000 to 2.5 million # Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills # Detail-minded, possess strong organizational / management skills, and have the ability to multi-task. # Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to customers # Valid driver’s license and consent to criminal background check, drug screen, and pre-employment test Responsibilities # Estimate and manage projects # Provide cost information to accounting department # Purchase major items & subcontracts # Monitor cost and labor hours # Complete job close-out including O&M’s # Conceptualize budget pricing Benefits We recognize as a company that there are two important people on our books.
