Job Description:	We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager via the Commercial Industry, having managed 20MM to 100MM dollar projects from Start to Finish. Our project managers are true project managers, Managing Multiple Vendors, sub-contractors, Internal Departments, using Project Software to track all progress throughout the entire project. We prefer PM's that have managed the installation of large Material Handling Systems. Provide professional expertise in conceptual design and pricing of Multi-Million Material Systems. Knowledge of Material handling systems and conveyor technology. Very Large Construction Projects, or building Manufacturing plants, through the systems and controls installation and implementation phase, and completion phase. 2. We are seeking an out of the box thinker, a highly strategic and long-view personality and ability, as well as someone who can implement and execute on a daily basis. 3. Perform comprehensive technical and commercial review of customer specifications and drawings; Project management, a Certified PM a plus, understanding cost, keeping it low, and knowing when to make quick decisions without MICRO-management 4. Ability to present is a must, build client rapport, internal rapport with all nationalities, and present and manage not only on-site, but in an office
