Job Description:	The Opportunity The Quality Control Manager will be a key player working alongside a project team to ensure superior quality of our complex, intricate and award-winning projects. This position is a critical component to the overall success and satisfactory completion of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly detailed-oriented construction professional with experience in building government projects to showcase organizational skills and extensive knowledge of construction. Key responsibilities will include the implementation and management of Forrester’s Quality Control program on Government projects, including quality control meetings, performing the “three phases control” per the US Army Corp of Engineers regulations, submittal administration and review, management of materials, ensuring compliance with As-Built documents, and managing and documenting the commissioning program and punch-list inspections. The successful candidate will possess an effective communication style, strong documentation skills, excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities and be proficient in the MS office suite. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or related field and a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position is required. CPR/First Aid and OSHA certifications within first 90 days of employment. While not required, Maryland Environmental Green Card, EM-385, Hour, CQM, ASHE, LEEDS, Professional Engineer, and other industry related credentials are preferred.
