The Estimator will be working with a rapidly growing General Contractor in the Northern VA area. Candidates must have experience with commercial, government, and design build experience. A good candidate for the will possess ALL of the following: - Around 5 to 8 years experience - Experience working on projects over $10 million dollars - Experience with Microsoft Excel, Primavera, and Contract Manager - LOCAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!
