Job Description:	Responsibilities/Experience/Skills Requirements: The successful candidate must be able to estimate construction costs for proposals in all areas of CSI with special emphasis on tenant fit out or overall facility renovation projects with a capability to estimate other horizontal projects Ability to communicate and professionally persuade subcontractors and suppliers to support VERSAR’s bidding interests Education Requirements: A construction Management or Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering degree is desired, but documented, practical, federal project experience could be substituted Additional Requirements: This is a dynamic, fast paced position requiring very flexible work hours Travel is required +/- 30% of the time for short durations Must be able to obtain up to a Top Secret Clearance
