Job Description:	The Sr. Civil-Roadway Project Manager will support the Corporate Ventures Division. This Division supports only large complex nationwide design-build projects. Serves as primary client contact for multiple design-build projects. Has responsibility for gross revenue of $10M-$30M. Has full managerial responsibility for all aspects of the project including negotiating extras, cost control, staffing and quality control. Job Responsibilities: * Estimate fees, determine scope of work, prepare proposals and contracts on large or multiple projects. * Actively manage client's budget, schedule and program; HNTB budget and schedule; project communications and documentation. Satisfy client requirements. * Coordinate work efforts and review work performed. Qualifications Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Minimum 16 years of roadway design experience within an engineering consulting firm * Minimum 5 years of large design-build project managment experience; i.e. construction costs of $50mm+ * PE certification * Proven Inroads experience * 100% domestic travel
