Job Description:	Job Summary Oversee the construction project. Estimate, schedule and report construction progress. Reports To (Title of individual) Executive Director Construction & Project Management Responsibilities Observe construction and monitors projects. Process pay application and change order request. Oversee new construction remodeling and renovations. Oversee budget for area and staff. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Budgeting Authority No Response Travel Required Minimal Education Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology or five (5) years of related experience may substitute in lieu of degree.
