Job Description:	Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to really grow with a company? We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Estimator to work in our clients North Jersey office. Responsibilities include: On Screen Take-offs of Drywall/Carpentry and Acoustical for various new construction and interior fit out projects; developing and maintaining client relationships; review specifications; attend pre-bid meetings; handle change order pricing. We require you have a strong knowledge of On Screen Take-Off software. Knowledge of Quick Bid is a HUGE plus however, you must have knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet or Timberline software. College degree is preferred or equivalent construction experience required. A minimum of 5 yrs of estimating experience either with a General Commercial Contractor or Commercial Drywall Firm. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must. Salary is commensurate with experience. We offer Excellent benefits and opportunity.
