Job Description:	Description * Administer personnel policies and procedures, including policies related to hiring, advancement, employee evaluation, training, compensation and discipline. Participate in the investigation and resolution of employee relations matters, anticipate issues whenever possible, and develop appropriate steps for both prevention and resolution. * Oversee EEO compliance. * Responsible for Guardrails, etc., Inc. compliance with DOT regulations. * Maintain personnel data base, and other records, reports, and logs. * Responsible for Guardrails, etc., Inc. compliance with Federal and State law and regulation pertaining to all personnel matters (e.g. Affirmative Action Plan, FLSA, FMLA, etc.) * Update and maintain handbook on policies and procedures. * Assist in the administration and maintenance of employee benefit programs. * Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as Human Resources seminars and conferences. * Potential involvement in safety training and program development. * Additional duties and projects as assigned.
