Job Description:	Our client, a highly respected leader within the construction industry, is looking to add a Construction Project Coordinator to their team to support the work of Construction Project Managers. A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including profit sharing, paid time off, and flex time will be offered to the hired candidate. Duties and responsibilities: # Providing organizational and technical administrative support to Project Managers # Assisting with job costing and Performing close-out activities, including processing lien waivers, change order documents, and compiling project manuals # Collecting and organizing information for the preparation of project # Assisting project management with contract documents, shop drawings, subcontract documentation, contract maintenance # Communicating with subcontractors regarding status of projects and invoicing :Qualifications for this position include:: # Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook # Strong organizational and communications skills both written and verbal # Ability to work well independently with above average multi-tasking skills # Experience working with financials and accounting systems # Associate Degree in business or related field preferred # Ability to travel locally and work overtime as needed
