Job Description:	Job Description: This is a full time Union (IBEW) position in Kingsburg, Ca, which is responsible for troubleshooting and correcting electrical problems on the machinery of the plant. Primary Responsibilities: * Perform troubleshooting when making line calls, including assessing and correcting problems accurately and quickly in order to maintain quality and high volume production. * Able to differentiate between electrical and mechanical problems. * Performs very good work when rewiring, running conduit, troubleshooting PLC programs, overhauling and maintaining electrical equipment. Performs very good work when fabricating. * Running wire and electrical construction as needed for the plant. * Contribute to team effort by assisting / teaming as needed. * Other duties as assigned Requirements Job Qualifications: * Able to troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC-based Control Systems/Machinery with the help of RSLogix programming tool. * Able to read ladder logic prints, both hardwired and PLC-based. * Familiar with common sensors: Photo Eyes, Proximity switches, Limit switches. * Able to pull conduit, wire and perform other requirements to complete electrical installations. * Familiar with troubleshooting 3-phase AC motors, DC motors, Servo motors and their controls. * Understanding of basic electronics. * Familiar with Variable Frequency Drives. * Basic computer literacy. Additional: * Education - Industrial electrical or electronic classes and education will be helpful in this position. * This job involves shift work.
