Job Description:	Seeking a Journeyman Electrician to initiate and supervise project permitting requirements, provide leadership over additional Apprentice Electricians, and oversee installation employees. The position will also maintain and enforce safe work practices. Additional Responsibilities: - Oversees electrical installation component of residential and commercial PV - Ensures that projects are in compliance with national, state, and local codes - Responsible for interpreting PV line drawings, product literature, and reference NEC - Demonstrates knowledge of OSHA standards, company safety programs, and policies relative to installation - Plans, permits, schedules, and executes the installation of projects and maintains proper documents for each project - Acts as field contact; interacts with customers with integrity and professional attitude - Participates in training processes to advance crew members within the company Required Education and Qualifications: HI Master Tradesman (Electrician) License NABCEP certification preferred State construction supervisor's license preferred Knowledge of residential and commercial building systems Knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems Basic blueprint/schematic reading Basic computer skills Knowledge of OHSA construction safety requirements Working knowledge of PV components Supervisory skills Ability to troubleshoot PV systems Customer service/communication skills Scheduling/Planning skills Recordkeeping and reporting skills Math and trigonometry skills Building trades, understanding the construction process Leadership communication skills
