Job Description:	The Chief Electrician oversees maintenance of all onboard electrical systems, including ship's service and electrical power generation, controls and distribution for drilling equipment and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as Frontier Drilling standards. All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S and a minimum of one year experience as a Chief Electrician with another drilling contractor on a deepwater vessel of similar class is required. Potential candidates must also have: • Advanced safety knowledge • Experience with Ross Hill SCR • Experience with electrical equipment maintenance of marine drilling units • Equipment evaluation and testing knowledge • Experience with Preventive Maintenance Systems • Supervisory/leadership skills At Frontier Drilling, we offer a competitive salary with incentives, plus a benefits package that includes Medical/Dental and Vision plans, as well as a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions up to 6%.
