Job Description:	PB is seeking a Senior Estimator - to support the No. 7 Subway Extension Project in NYC.This project involves extending the No. 7 Subway Line from Times Square Station to a southern terminus at 11th Avenue and 24th Street. The MTA Project consists of a TBM bored twin tube tunnels, an underground station excavated by drill and blast methods and station entrance/system facility buildings. Requirements: * 10 - 12 years estimating experience * 8 years System Estimating * 5 years NYC experience is required * Railroad and Transit experience is required * Prepare Quantity take-offs including setting format for others to take-off * Labor Pricing using crew base and man-hours estimating methodology * Capability of performing Estimates from Conceptual to detailed * Material Pricing - secure quotes * Good Oral and written skills * Ability to work well with others * Strong Excel skills * Prefer knowledge of HCSS Heavybid estimating system * Strong Organizational skills
