Use of HCSS or equivalent estimating software. Ability to read blue prints and construction plans, do quantity take offs and man power estimates. Strong use of MS Office products Word and Excel. Prior construction estimating projects to include but not limit too: Dams, Tunnels, Subways, Dikes, Heavy Utilities, and Marine Projects. Employment is dependent on passing pre-employment criminal, checks and drug tes
