Job Description:	Experienced Maintenance Superintendent - Manufacturing Needed. Description: This is a newly created Direct Hire Maintenance Superintendent opportunity with a well respected and growing Erie employer. This position will require strong leadership and proven success supervising maintenance teams, along with extensive hands on maintenance ability. Your technical knowledge and experience will focus on: * Planning and project management for production upgrades and automation projects * Process improvements for increased productivity, efficiency and cost reduction * Leadership and direction for maintenance team of up to 10 direct reports * Preventative maintenance programs * Technical expertise and troubleshooting for machine repair, PLC, hydraulic/pneumatic equipment, forklift and crane operation and electrical repairs/upgrades
