Job Description:	Duties & Responsibilities: • Residential, commercial and industrial electrical installations and troubleshooting • Interpret drawings, specifications and applicable codes • Install and troubleshoot control systems • Generator and UPS installation and controls • Guide, instruct and motivate field staff • Establish and maintain customer relationships • Measure productivity and staff performance against company standards • Perform foreperson duties as and when required Skills, Qualifications & Experience: • Recognized electrical qualification • Licensed electrician by a reputable professional organization • Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience as an electrician • Experience in daily supervision of work crews consisting of apprentice and journeymen • Demonstrate strong job cost control and job planning skills • Must be conscientious, reliable and dedicated to providing quality service to clients • Effective oral and written communication skills The company offers a remuneration package and comprehensive staff benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience for the position.
