Job Description:	Description: · Work on electrical estimates for multiple projects at one time for a variety of commercial, federal and residential projects. · Produce accurate take-offs utilizing On-Screen software. · Solicit, collect and analyze quotes from suppliers and subcontractors during the bid process in order to obtain complete bid package pricing and qualification information. · Identify possible deficiencies in the bid documents during the Pre-Bid process. · Assist in the production of proposal documentation, such as submittals, staffing estimates, etc. Requirements: · Previous Estimating experience in construction industry is a plus. · Candidate should be experienced in Excel & Word; On-Screen, Accubid (or similar Estimating software) and Timberline are helpful but not a must. · Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and work with all levels of management. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Self-starter that is extremely detail oriented.
