Job Description:	SBA 8(a) certified construction firm in the greater Philadelphia area is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator. Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience with commercial and government projects. Additional Requirements: Prefer experience in new construction, civil projects and renovation. Priority consideration will be given to those candidates with an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management. Position requires project management,estimating,project reports and invoicing. Candidate must possess the ability to work closely with team of consultants on preparation of construction documents, bid packages, budgeting and selection of subcontractors. Candidate must be proficient on computer in Excell and Word. Candidate must be able to read, analyze and visualize building plans and specifications. Must be organized and able to take directiosn well, manage work crews and subcontractors, work under minimal supervision.
