Job Description:	NOTE: This position is pending contract award and is a request for interest to be included on the proposal. This position acts as the on-site owner's representative construction manager (CM). The owner is a Federal agency, with projects located throughout the United States. The CM typically is the sole government representative on the project. Many projects are at remote locations. The CM is responsible for performing the government inspection of the work performed by the contractor; preparing and submitting project documents to the government; processing submittals, RFIs, and RFPs submitted by the contractor; preparing government cost estimates; chairing weekly meetings and preparing meeting minutes; drafting documents and correspondence for the government; and reviewing and monitoring the contractor's schedule. We are seeking an individual with the experience listed below for a potential project in rural Pennsylvania. Any offer of employment would be contingent on PBS&J being awarded the contract.
