Job Description:	Responsibilities for Project Manager * Manage multiple commercial construction projects with minimal assistance from the VPO of commercial * Supervise site superintendents as required * Maintain Budget and Schedule systems reporting to customer and VP * Insure compliance with contract documents and that the production team has been properly oriented prior to any work * Make QC inspections as necessary to minimize downtime and noncompliance * Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors to insure best value for the project and company * Attend key production meetings * Produce realistic Critical path schedules that are in compliance with project requirements * Insure accurate communications with office, design team and production These are a few of the main duties; complete job description on file at the main office Be sure to fill out the screening survey Requirements Qualifications: * Minimum 10 years experience running commercial construction projects * Understand detailed plans and specs * Familiar with DOE / Gov projects (helpful) * Proficient in Critical path scheduling * Willing to travel * Provide past project list with approximant values, durations and specific duties * Provide compensation requirements * Provide references from past architects and customers * Computer skills, excel, word, project, internet research, e-mail * Familiar with OSHA safety * Valid drivers license * Solid work history These are a few of the main requirements; complete job description on file at the main office Be sure to fill out screening survey
