Job Description:	Senior Estimator position for small subcontracting office specializing in commercial construction. MUST be proficient in On-Screen Take Off & Quick Bids programs. Required Skills: * Must have at least 4 years experience * Possess excellent computer, math, and writing skills * Must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of commerical construction, particularly but not limited to, acoustical celings, drywall, light-guage framing, and structural framing * Must have good communication skills and maintain positive working relationships Job Responsibilites: * Ability to read, interpret and accurately take-off construction drawings * Negotiating bid amounts and folliwing a jon through to completion * Prepares and submits bids and work orders * Processes submittals, contracts and change orders * Corresponds with General Contractors and specific consultants as necesary to complete projects * Regular attendance is required Pleasant office atmosphere.
