Job Description:	Established Commercial/Residential Design/Build General Contractor in the San Gabriel Valley is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator/Project Manager. The ideal candidate must be an individual with significant knowledge related to the business of Construction. We are seeking a motivated and well established estimator who has their own contacts and who can step in immediately and estimate large and small projects and bring in the jobs. Must provide complete detailed bid packages with the ability to decipher subcontractor bids. Thorough understanding of most trades required to provide estimates and budgets for conceptual and schematic drawings. Projects range from residential remodel to large custom homes, commercial tenant improvements to multi-unit tilt ups. Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in the Construction Industry with strong communication and written skills as well as interaction with clients. Someone who is a self-starter and self-directed. Experienced in MS Outlook, Excel and Outlook. Company offers vacation, sick, holiday, medical/dental and 401(k) benefits.
