Job Description:	Seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Lodging team! Tow Full time seasonal position available with seasonal benefits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; completing maintenance requests, applicable paper work, stock firewood, snow removal, assist housekeeping department when needed and assist guests with varying needs. Qualified candidates must be self- motivated with a solid working knowledge of maintenance functions, and a high level of organizational and troubleshooting skills. Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following trades; carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, heating, refrigeration, painting, pool/spa care or other equivalent technical skills. Job Requirements Individual must be self- motivated with a solid working knowledge of maintenance functions and a high level of organizational skills. Solid troubleshooting skills a must. Experience with inventory/purchasing functions. Excellent Customer Service required.
