Job Description:	Corning Community College, a member of the SUNY system, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to manage our physical plant and properties, including capital construction; building maintenance, repair, and renovation; operation of a type 2A wastewater treatment plant; road maintenance; snow removal; building trades and custodial operations. Minimum qualifications: bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; five or more years of experience in all phases of construction, renovation, maintenance, housekeeping, supervision, and facilities management; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
