Job Description:	Reporting to the Director of Business Technology the Program Manager is responsible for the management activities of all assigned personnel. This person will formulate vision, objectives and scope of projects/programs, provide policy level direction regarding standards and budgetary constraints. Additional responsibilities include the analysis of change and enhancements to the computing environment to determine production systems, system design, programming standards and operating procedures impact. Essential Responsibilities: * Previous success executing complex enterprize wide projects from design and development to production * Assess user needs and jointly define vision, goals and objectives to achieve same * Define resources and schedule for project/program implementation * Work with functional owners to identify project cost/benefits * Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning * Organize, plan and schedule activities to assure project completion on time and within budget * Provide direction, coaching, and development of assigned resources as well as monitor performance * Performs team assessments and evaluations * Ensure that operational and end-user documentation is prepared and that appropriate training is conducted * Participate in ongoing business IT review/prioritization process * Report project activity and status to users and upper management * Maintain expertise in appropriate areas of web technology, CRM applications, data warehouse and database management Requirements * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or equivalent discipline * 5 to 10 years of Project management or IT management experience * Demonstrated successful program management and project leadership skills * Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills * Working knowledge of functional requirements of computer center operations, networking database management and applications development * Ability to effectively manage user relationships * Strong organizational, presentation and customer service skills Strongly preferred: * PMP certified * Systems Integration experience * Process orientation and process mapping skills * Financial analysis skills * Experience in Microsoft .NET Framework technology support in large-scale project development/ processing environments
