Job Description:	This is a fixed term contract role for an initial 1 year contract reviewed annually for 3 years This position is to delivery the Office Hubs which are an important part of our clients New Ways of Working transformation programme for Lincolnshire County Council. This ambitious change programme will rationalise and modernise the working practices of the whole Council The Construction Project Manager will lead the Design, new build Construction/Refurbishment and Fit-out activities and will be responsible for managing cost and programme for each project. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple Hub Projects. Whilst not responsible for line management, the Construction Project Manager will manage the Design Team, Contractors and others involved in the delivery of the hub within budget. Will occasionally supervise a wider group on programme or project work, as required by the needs of the programme. With experience of delivering sizeable Construction / Building Structures projects (worth £500,000 to £20 million), you will have a good track record of operating in a public-sector environment and the proven ability to monitor and manage capital budgets. An excellent understanding of modern, environmentally responsive working environments is essential and in leading the design of modern working environments and experience of delivering environmentally responsive buildings within a restricted budget. Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate maturity and experience in high quality delivery at this grade, demonstrating Significant Building Structures construction experience to include proven project management ability.
