Job Description:	The Project Manager in this role will perform supervisory and project management for Level 1 and above projects to include: solar hot water installations, commercial lighting retrofit, building insulation retrofit, HVAC replacement and window replacement. Lead projects from start to finish involving construction and renovation related to the EECBG program. Tasks include planning, writing specifications, generating requests for proposals, supervising construction, and reporting to meet federal guidelines. Attention to detail is key as errors may result in costly changes to the implementation of the federal American Recovery and Recovery Act granted projects. Requirements Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, renewable technologies, or a related field and 2+ years experience in project management and/or any equivalent combination of training and experience required to perform the essential job functions. Prefer a candidate with considerable knowledge of energy efficient building and construction products and practices, and solar hot water systems and technology. Must be able to read and apply federal, state, and local construction and contracting policies and procedures as well as site plans, blueprints, and flow charts. Position term runs from November '09 until the end of June '10 with the possibility of extension.
