Job Description:	Job Summary: This position will build, maintain, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, wallboard and other related items within the property. Job Responsibilities: # Maintain and repair all structures made of wood including cabinets, bed frames, doors, chairs chair, crown molding and furniture. # Assess property needs and create products as required. # Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware. # Frame out walls and set door frames. # Participate in show and production fabrication as directed by the Chief Engineer or the Engineering Manager. # Maintain a clean work environment and proper upkeep of all company tools. # Comply with OSHA regulations, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safety precautions. # Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: # Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. # Experience: Minimum of three years carpentry experience and or equivalent experience required. Experience as a Finished Carpenter preferred. Working knowledge of all tools commonly used in carpentry shop required. Ability to read and understand technical literature and blueprints required. # Licenses/Certifications: Material Handling Equipment certification as required (may vary by property).
